All repairs are quoted beforehand, ensuring you know the full cost of the work before proceeding. You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair if you are not satisfied with the quote.
It depends on the repair. Most sizings can be carried out for the next day for example. More complex repairs and restorations may take several weeks. We will of course, advise this at the time of quoting.
Worry not, you're in safe hands! We understand how sentimental your jewellery can be. Every item is properly looked after and stored in our safe when not on our jewellers bench. All items are insured while in our care.
All repairs are paid for on collection. We may, in the case of bespoke commissions and restorations, take an upfront deposit.
Yes we do. We carry out repairs to watch bracelets and cases in addition to our watch servicing.
