A fine pair of antique buttons in their original presentation case. Each button, which is uniform in size is set with a montana sapphire to the centre. The main body of the buttons is inlaid with mother of pearl in a rub over platinum setting. The backs of the buttons are 18ct yellow gold. Originally waistcoat buttons, these could be used for an evening shirt.
