At Wildsmith Jewellery, we understand that investing in a special piece isn’t always possible in one payment. As a small business, we rely on sales to fund new collections, so full upfront payment is always preferred—but we’re happy to offer a flexible layaway option on a case-by-case basis.

If there’s something you love but need time to pay, please get in touch to discuss. Where a layaway is agreed, the following terms apply:

Layaway Terms

• A minimum 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your item

• The remaining balance must be paid within 90 days, at agreed intervals

• Items will be shipped only once full payment has been received

• Free worldwide shipping is included, though customs/import fees may apply

Payment Options

• A 3-month layaway plan is available, split into three equal payments (via bank transfer or Wise)

• The first instalment is non-refundable if you cancel

• For items under £2,000, PayPal Pay in 3 is available

• Shop Pay Installments offers plans up to 12 months, with immediate delivery

Important Conditions

• Payment reminders may be sent, but timely payments are your responsibility

• Missed or late payments may result in cancellation of the layaway

• If cancelled or terminated:

  • The deposit is non-refundable

  • Any additional payments will be issued as store credit (valid for 6 months)

• All layaway purchases are final and non-returnable
