A beautifully conceived quatrefoil brooch in 18ct yellow gold, designed and signed by the Italian maker Minotto. Four serpentine agate panels, each capped in gold to resemble acorns, radiate from a central cultured pearl, with a further pearl nestled into each of the four floral motifs. The combination of the warm green-grey agate, lustrous pearls, and rich yellow gold gives the piece a distinctly mid-century Italian character — refined, sculptural, and deeply wearable. A substantial brooch at 24g with a strong maker's signature.
