No piece — or the story behind it — is ever the same. We have custom made many items of jewellery to our customers' exact specifications, and bringing their ideas to life is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Our Process

We believe the journey to your perfect piece should be as enjoyable as wearing it. Here is how we work:

1. No-obligation consultation — Whether you are a new customer or have known us for years, we begin with a relaxed conversation to understand exactly what you are looking for.
2. Transparent pricing & timescales — We will help you understand the timescales involved and remain open about costs at every stage. No idea goes unexplored.
3. Design concepts — We put together ideas based on our initial consultation and provide different making options, including mockups or CAD designs so you can visualise the end result.
4. Gemstone selection — After you have chosen your design, we curate a selection of gemstones for you to consider. Once you have made your selections, we confirm the final costings, timescale, and take a deposit.
5. Crafting your piece — Your jewel is worked on in our workshop by artisans with a combined experience of over 100 years.
6. Collection — Once your jewel is ready, we provide all necessary certificates and valuations (included in the initial quote), along with a beautiful presentation box.
7. Aftercare — We would love to see your piece at least once a year to ensure everything is as it should be — something most insurers recommend too.
