A wonderful antique sapphire and diamond horseshoe brooch. This traditionally designed brooch is formed of a sapphire set horseshoe to the centre with trefoil sapphire end terminals. The sapphires are embellished by three old European cut diamonds set in and either side of the central horseshoe motif. Fitted to a pin and roller catch.
